FAQ regarding Truemoney App fund withdrawal

Q: When will the TrueMoney Indonesia application service be updated?
A: As of March 1, 2025, by re-downloading it on Google Playstore and registering.
 
 
Q: Can the Truemoney transaction service still be used?
A: All transactions can be used without exception, purchases (Electricity tokens, e-money toll top-ups), Payments (Electricity), Fund Transfers/Bank Transfers, QRIS and all other Truemoney features, until February 28, 2025.
 
 
Q: When can the balance or remaining funds on the Truemoney application be withdrawn?
A: Withdrawals of the remaining balance can be made from the time the information regarding the application update is announced until March 1, 2025. Truemoney application users are advised to withdraw their balance or use the remaining balance for transactions. However, if the user wants further assistance or questions for the withdrawal process, they must go through TrueMoney Customer Service at the telephone number: 08041000100 or WhatsApp Chat: +62813 8003 3868
 
 
Q: Can anyone withdraw the remaining balance?
A: Can be done by Truemoney application users according to the data registered in the TrueMoney system by attaching an original KTP identity card.
 
In addition, withdrawals of the remaining balance can be made by heirs if the user is in a state of force majeure (death, critical illness or illness that results in the user being unable to withdraw funds) by bringing supporting documents (original KTP registered in the Truemoney system, KK, Death Certificate)
 
Q: Requirements for withdrawing funds if through Truemoney Customer Care?
A: You can attach the following data:
 
Original and active ID card
Photo of Bank Account Book (First page and name as per ID card)
If there is no Bank Account Book, you can attach a wallet account number with the name as per ID card registered in the Truemoney system, such as Ovo, Go-Pay or Dana. (only for users who do not have a bank account)
