Regarding balance withdrawals, the remaining balance can be done since the information regarding this application update was notified until March 24, 2025.
Truemoney users who have not withdrawn their balance before the date above, they can contact Customer Care.
Balance withdrawals can only be made by users according to the data registered in the TrueMoney system.
With the following requirements:
- Original and active KTP
- Photo of Bank Account Book (First page and name according to ID card)
- If there is no Bank Account Book, you can attach a wallet account number with the name according to the ID card registered in the Truemoney system, such as Ovo, Go-Pay or Dana. (only for users who do not have a Bank account)
- Data can be sent via WhatsApp Chat or Email TrueMoney Customer Care
