We hereby inform you, based on current company policy that as of [1 December 2023], all Truemoney Agents who are inactive or have not made transactions for 3 consecutive months (0 transactions), will be charged a maintenance fee of IDR 50,000/ month, which will be deducted from your Truemoney wallet balance. 

If the balance does not reach or is less than the predetermined maintenance fee, an amount will be charged regardless of the remaining inactive account balance. If the inactive condition continues for 12 consecutive months (retroactive) starting [from the last transaction], from the implementation of the maintenance fee as mentioned above.

So following the applicable [Terms & Conditions] TRUEMONEY INDONESIA will deduct all remaining inactive account balances in stages starting from [January 1 to December 31, 2024] and the agent account will be closed permanently effective [December 31, 2024].
