According to our company policy, we inform you that as of [01 September 2023], all Truemoney Agents who are inactive or do not make any transactions for 3 consecutive months (0 transactions), will be charged a fee of IDR 50,000 which will be deducted from the Truemoney wallet balance. If the balance does not reach the fee above, the Agent's account will be permanently closed.
