Based on the policy for Truemoney member dormant accounts with any criteria (0 Transactions), in accordance with the reminder letter from BI no.25/342/DSSK/SRt/B/dated 26 July 2023, Regarding: Imposition of Fees for Electronic Money Users and Management of Dormant Accounts referring to Articles 44, 168 and 170 of Bank Indonesia Regulation (PBI) No. 23/6/PBI/2021 concerning Payment Service Providers (PJP).
So hereby Truemoney informs, to [eliminate] dormant account fees which will previously be set as of August 1, 2023, and apply in the future.
