As the IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company's technology infrastructure. You will be involved in various tasks related to setup, installation, maintenance, and support of laptops, PCs, printers, office networks, and user accounts. Additionally, you will handle administrative work and collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and exceptional customer service abilities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in IT support roles or similar positions.
Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Linux knowledge will be advantage.
Familiarity with printer setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Familiarity with supporting virtual PBX will be advantage
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues.
Good work ethics, self-motivated, excited to learn.
Strong analytics, problem solver, highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
Collaborative, excellent organization skill, time management, with strong communication and negotiation skill.
Knowledge of asset management principles and user account administration.
Capacity to identify and keep up to date on relevant technology.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing technology and business needs.
Have ability to communicate in English both verbal or written is a plus.
